Jan E. Koe is retiring from full-time operations and will be focusing exclusively on consulting services for the foreseeable future. Method K Partners Inc. will continue to offer consulting in commercial real estate, investment funds, and related fields on a limited basis.

As an independent director, executive manager, or president for early to mid-stage growth companies, mezzanine financing organizations, Fund Management, and Biopharmaceutical Companies, my experience and knowledge can assist management’s efforts in achieving their next level of success, driving corporate management and increased revenue expectations.

With retirement, I am now available for consulting roles only, providing guidance in contract management, negotiations, asset management, corporate administration, class action guidance, and litigation.
